Hey! I am Shaneka Moore. I am the Community Health Literacy Navigator for Claiborne, Jefferson, and Adams county. My duty as a Community Health Literacy Navigator is to promote health and education within the community. This includes educating the citizens within the community about different community resources that will help them and their families overcome barriers to quality care.
